Grady joined the company in December of 2002, following his father and grandfather in the real estate industry. Grady recieved his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from North Carolina State University in 2002. While studying in Raleigh, NC, Grady earned experience working for Carolina Investment Co, a commercial real estate firm in Raleigh.

Grady is a graduate of North Carolina State University. Grady enjoys playing his guitar with his church praise team, golfing and watching NC State athletics. Grady is actively involved with his local Realtor Asscoiation as well as the University City Kiwanis and his church.
