The D. G. Nichols Agency can handle all of your real estate needs. Established in 1952 by D. G. Nichols, Sr., the company has been serving the Greenville and Pitt County areas for over 50 years. Working along side his wife,Thelma, D. G. specialized in the sale of all types of real estate and insurance. In 1971, D. G. welcomed his son, David to the business. David has been working in real estate ever since, and eventually took over as president and owner. Thirty years later, David is proud to welcome his son Grady to the company. The company has always prided itself in its relationships with its customers and employees. With three generations of family service, we are built on family values and strive to bring them into our business.

This is the original office located on 4th street in downtown. We moved to our current location at 204 Arlington Blvd in 1997.
